In April we announced that two $1000 scholarships are available to benefit two graduating eighth graders from St. Irene’s Parish who will be continuing his or her education at a Catholic high school or academy. The $1000 is to be used to help defray first year tuition costs.
Scholarships will be awarded in honor of deceased Brother Knights Wayne Decker and Glen Kussman.
The requirement is that the eighth grader will be attending a Catholic high school or academy in the Fall. The application is available online following this link (this is Microsoft Word document – download it; fill it in, and save). Please encourage your child to apply for this award. Applications must be completed and received by Friday, May 13, 2022. Send by email to jwagner7@gmail.com to be considered.
