The Knights of Columbus Christmas party for intellectually disabled children and adults who reside in facilities in our community will be held Saturday, Dec. 15 at St. John Parish Hall. Close to 120 special guests are expected. Set up time: 10:30 AM , Party: 12:30 – 3:30 PM
The party is co-sponsored by Winfield, West Chicago, St. Irene Councils and Special Camps. St. Irene Council is again contributing $250 for gifts to be given by Santa to our special guests. Bring your entire family to help. It really brings warmth to the heart to see the good will offered to our brothers. Teen and adult volunteers needed. We will likely have close to 120 special guests with intellectual disabilities attend. Each guest will need a volunteer to assist them to their activities and show them a good time.
