As a response the recent parish mission, we have planned a 40 hour Eucharistic Adoration. The 40-Hour Adoration runs from 11:00 AM Sunday, March 10 through 8:15 AM Tuesday, March 12, when a Mass of Thanksgiving with Solemn Benediction is offered as the Blessed Sacrament is Reposed. Each hour of the Devotion is dedicated to a Special Prayer Intention along with the private Prayer Intentions of Adorers. Special Prayer segments that begin some of the hours will vary in length depending upon the Prayer, with the remaining time of those hours devoted to quiet, uninterrupted Prayerful Meditation. The Knights have been asked to provide an Honor Guard on March 10 to open the 40 Hour Devotion at St. Irene, and to also take part in Prayerful Meditation on:
Monday Mar. 11 hours 1:00 AM until 5:00 AM and,
Tuesday Mar. 12 1:00 AM until 5:00 AM.
