Your invited to join us for our 1st ever Halloween Party for people with Intellectual Disabilities and their families on Sunday October 17 from 3:00-6:00 PM. This will be an outside party event at St. John the Baptist Church, Winfield. Games, trick or treating, decorate pumpkins, bingo, dancing, face painting, hay rides, Halloween costume contest, and BBQ with the Knights. Masks are encouraged and needed for inside bathroom use.
The party is sponsored by Special Camps, the Knights of Columbus of Winfield, Carol Stream, Warrenville, and West Chicago. Chuck Ingram will bring the tractor and wagon for the hay ride. Knights from all Councils are asked to work with the food and attend to special guests.
The party is open to volunteers. As a courtesy call or text to Colleen McDonald with a number of volunteers your are bringing to 630-212-1565 so the amount of food can be planned.
