Council Celebrates Independence Day in Warrenville—July 3-4 Council Hosts Food Stand at Cerny Park

     Plan on joining your Brother Knights & Families at Cerny as we cook our famous burgers, hotdogs, and sweet corn.  Grillers, cashiers, set-up crew and general helpers are needed.  Best of all!  Come gather with your family around the Knights concession area for the fireworks display at Cerny Park starting at 9:15 PM, July 4.

     Signup to volunteer is not necessary. Help is needed as follows:

Wednesday July 3:

· 11:00 AM—Set-up begins at St. Irene’s Parish storage garage.

· 6:00 PM—July 4th Parade

· 3:00 – 11:45 PM—Concession booth operates..

Thursday July 4:11:00 AM – Set-up begins at Cerny Park

· Noon – 9:15 PM—Concession booth operates. 2-3 hour time slots are best. Fireworks at 9:15 PM

· 10:00 PM—Concession booth closes, and clean up begins at Cerny Park

Friday July 5:

· 9:00 AM—Clean and pack equipment in front of the  St. Irene Activities Center

     The July 4th  The activities and line-up of entertainment are as follows:

Wednesday July 3

· 5:00-11:00 PM—Concession booths open

· 6:00 PM—Parade kicks off

· 7:00 PM—Centerfold Band at the Main Stage

· 9:00 PM—TNT Chicago at the Main Stage

Thursday July 4

· 11:30 AM—Children’s Parade on Warren Ave.

· 1:30 PM—Katie Kostner at the Main Stage

· 3:00 PM—Room to Move at the Main Stage

· 4:30 PM—Brass on Fire at the Main Stage

· 7:00 PM—Hi Infidelity at the Main Stage

· 9:15 PM—Fireworks

· All concession, beverage and beer stands open at noon.  During the day there are water fights, horseshoe contest, bingo & prizes, pickle ball, face painting, and karaoke.
