We are pleased to announce that up to two $1000 scholarships are available to benefit students attending a Catholic High School or College.  Eligible students must be affiliated with the St. Irene Parish community as a registered parishioner, member of a registered family, or grandchildren of a registered family.  Students who had attended St. Irene Grade School are also eligible.

We congratulate those who choose to attend a Catholic high school or college.  Students must be enrolled and plan to attend in the Fall, 2024.  The $1000 award is to be used to help defray tuition costs.  The scholarship is competitive and is awarded based on the student’s service to the Church, School, and Community.  Priority will be given to students who will be attending high school in their first year.

The Knights of Columbus is a Catholic men’s organization dedicated to Family, Church and Community. Our Council is proud to provide manpower and grants to assist St. Irene’s students and faculty in any way we can. We recognize the importance of a Catholic education. This year the scholarships will be awarded in honor of deceased Brother Knights Eric Fladeland and Rev. Thomas Dieter.
